House Rules

Name entry mandatory at gate.
No Drugs, Hookah or Gambling.
No DJ & No Smoking inside house.
Extra guest above 8 occupancy: ₹500 each.
₹2000 fine for vomiting (each) or indoor smoking.
No plucking fruits/flowers – ₹2000 fine.
Cooking Gas: ₹1000.
Campfire (1 hour): ₹500.
Barbecue Setup (1 hour): ₹700 (inform prior).
Security Deposit ₹5000 (refundable at checkout except damages).
Aadhar card of 2 guests & alternate number required.

Swimming Pool Safety

Please shower before entering pool.
No running, jumping or rough play.
No smoking in and around pool.
No lifeguard — use at your own risk.
Parents must supervise children.
No food or glassware near pool.
